Players cannot cancel their participation in a fantasy game, once the game is started. Once the game's deadline has passed, cancellations are not allowed.

Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances may change, and players may require a refund for their participation in a fantasy game. Our refund policy is as follows:

• If a match cancelled, a full refund will be issued.
• If a game is canceled by the DREAM5 or Game is cancelled by Cricket Board, a full refund will be issued to all participating players.
• If match starts and player joined in contests once the game has started, no refund will be issued.
• In case of technical issues or unforeseen circumstances that result in the termination or cancellation of a game, our customer support team will review the situation and provide appropriate refunds on a case-by-case basis.

Please note that all refunds will be processed within 1 business days from the cancellation date, and the refunded amount will be credited back to the DREAM5 wallet.
